Passed the 1 Hour Glucose test

Well the nurse called and said my levels for the glucose test were 82. They had to be below 130 to pass. So woohoo on that part. He did say I'm a little bit anemic. I now have to take 2 iron pills a day. Fun fun. Not really. I hate taking pills. But I'll do it if it helps. We also get our 3D sono done this weekend. We're crazy excited. I'll post pics & maybe some video on Saturday when we get back from the appointment.


The house has been very boring all week. Koda is at Disneyworld with his daddy & Gee. I miss him like crazy. The house is way too quiet and he's never been away from me for more than 2 nights. I'm going nuts I tell ya. But I hope he's havign a really good time. Hopefully we'll be able to take him in a few years.

Doc appt

Woohoo I'm officially 25 weeks!!!!!! Over half way through with the pregnancy and closer to meeting our sweet little angel. My appointment when really well. I had to drink the nasty stuff for the glucose testing. Luckily I got tropical punch. So it wasn't too bad. Bella's heart beat was 148 beats per minute. I'm measuring great. And I've only gained 9 pounds the entire pregnancy!!!!! So that's always a good thing.

We are preparing to start on Bella's nursery in a few weeks. I can't wait. It's going to be awesome!

Sometime after next weekend I will hopefully have some photos from Koda's trip to Disney! He's very excited. He leaves early Sunday morning, and comes back next week. He's counting down the days til he leaves. I don't think I've ever seen him so stoked about anything. Well except for picking out clothes for his little sister. lol

Tonight I've got to get started on a diaper bag for a very special person. Especially since the baby shower is this weekend and i've only cut the pattern out. So the next few nights will be late ones for me.

And I've got a possible photo shoot this weekend which makes me crazy excited. I love doing photography!!!!!

Just giving an update

Just updating everyone on our lil part of the world.

First up Koda! Last week I had a conference with his teacher. And she said he is doing great. He gets a little hyper sometimes but they talk and he corrects his behavior. She has noticed that the child is a natural funny man! He can recognize all his shapes and some that she didn't even ask. All in all she said he's a great kid & student. He likes to participate in class and answer questions. I think he has very good chances of ending up a nerd like his mommy. He's also super stoked because he leaves for Disney World on 3/15. I hope they get LOTS of pictures so we can make a scrapbook when he gets back.

Now for Brad.... He's doing great. He's happy he's working at least part time. He likes working with family. Other than that he's doing pretty good.

Now for me.... I'm doing good. Still on a steady weight gain I think. I'm feeling great! I have my energy back thank goodness. I have 3 exams this week for school so I've been studying for those and I'm working on a few baby gifts. I'll post a pic of one of them in a bit.

Bella's turn! She already has her days & nights mixed up. lol She likes to sleep during the day. And around 9 or so it feels like she starts kick boxing practice! It's funny at first but then not good when she's doing it while I'm trying to sleep. Next month on the 21st we'll be able to see her 3D. We are having the 3D/4D sono done. We're looking forward to that!

My Dentist Appt

Well it didn't go the way I've planned. I've been hoping to get this darn wisdom tooth pulled. It's been bothering me again lately. I decided to call Brad's dentist and go in. Well they won't take all my wisdom teeth out until I've had Bella. They are impacted and clsoe to the nerves. They said they will have to sedate me. So I'll probably look at doing this in July while I'm still on maternity leave. I jsut have to hope I have time to get some milk stored up for Bella while I'm a little out of it. The other thing it's going to cost almost a grand. So I'll have to save that much up in this short amount of time. Hopefully I can do it. So I'm stuck with tooth pain still. I have antibiotics & pain killers to help with it. Hopefully I won't need the pain pills very much.

Doc Appointment

Well I had my doc appt on Tuesday. He said everything from the sonos look great. Bella is measuring +/- a day on track. I have perfect amount of amniotic fluid. And now for the part that seems unbelievable..... He said I've only gained 4 LBS!!!!!!!! He's not concerned. He said if she wasn't developing and all that it would be different but since everything is going great we'll keep trucking! lol

i went to Joann's at lunch today and bought some adorable fabrics to make some cloth wipes & burp cloths. The burp cloths are for gifts. . And the best part most of it was on sale!! Be expecting pictures when I'm done with them. I'm hoping to work on them this weekend. I've also finished a a few pairs of leg warmers for Bella. I've got a few more to sew up this week.

GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found out at 9:30 this morning that Dakota is going to have a baby sister. He's very excited and already wants to buy her everything! lol We already have her name picked out. We had names for the baby whether it was a boy or girl. But since bean is a girl her name is Bella Marie. We are extremely excited, and can't wait to meet her.

Brad's working tomorrow!!!!! And will hopefully be back on full time. That would be so awesome if he is. And a huge weight off my shoulders. I've been so down & frustrated lately wondering how we are going to make ends meet. But even if it's part time for now, every little thing helps. Just wanted to share my excitement.
