Memorial Day Weekend...

I've so neglected my blog for the past couple of months... I need to get back in gear! We had a pretty good memorial day weekend. Friday we did alot of running around and bought parts for the truck. Saturday we went to the Polka Fest and watched the parade. That night we had a cookout and pool party. Koda loves the new pool. We can't hardly get him out. And after 2 days of stayin on the ladder, he ventured out to the middle of the pool on a noodle. so maybe he'll keep on progressing and finally learn to swim. I got him to go underwater once but he wouldn't do it again. go figure. I took some pics of saturday morning and night. I start school on Thursday. I'm so not ready but I have to. Y'all wish me luck to a great semester...

Well it was an interesting weekend.....

Well I know Brad wanted me to get an iPhone. But I don't want to spend quite that much money on a phone right now. So I went Friday and bought me the LG Shine. It's red and super pretty! lol The weekend of the 8th we went to the zoo. And here are some pics of that

Now for the fun stuff. Friday night around 2 Brad had the bright idea of going out to the bottoms. Well needless to say we got stuck! We got ahold of our cousin Rustin to pull us out. Well he got stuck on his way to get us. He was about a mile or so from us. So we spent the night in our trucks. Saturday morning a couple of friends of ours pulled both of us out. That was the most restless night in my life!!!! Here is what I and the truck looked like Saturday morning.

Snow in Texas in March. We didn't get any until this morning. Koda thought it was so cool. He decided it was his duty to throw snow balls at me.

Updates!
Well I'm feeling much better compared to last week. I tried explaining it to Dakota but he just didn't get it. I also did something I've never done! I cleaned out my closet and got rid of clothes, shoes & purses!!!!! I know shocking right. I'm taking them all to goodwill next week. Brad says it's so that I can get new clothes. But he's full of it. lol Although new clothes wouldn't be bad!

well...

I didn't get to buy a new phone. :( A golfer out on the golf course found my phone this morning. So I went to get it at lunch. But next month Brad is planning on getting me an iphone. so that's awesome!!!! Anyways just updating that i'm not with a phone!

I'm such a dork

Well I felt well enough to get out of this blasted house today. So I went to the golf course with Brad, Terry & Vince. By the way they suck! lol They were making fun of me cuz I brought my history readings to do. It's so much easier for me to concentrate on my school work when I'm in nature. I don't know why but I've always been that way. Anyways we're out there and somewhere between the 6th & 7th hole I lose my effin phone. I looked everywhere for it. And it was no where to be seen. So tomorrow I'll be heading to the cingular store at the mall because they are the only ones open on Sundays. Hopefully my mom can take me because Brad will be working. But I can't go without my phone. It's impossible!!!! lol Anyways..... just wanted to let the world know how much of a dork I am.

So tired of being in this house

Well I'm feeling okay except for a little bit of pain. Well tonight it's alot cuz I moved around alot today. But I'm so tired of being in the house. I'm not a home body. I love to be out and donig things especially since it's been so beautiful outside. Maybe tomorrow after the satellite guy gets here to set up our HD receiver I'll get creative with my photography. Or hey maybe I'll work on the dress and purse I've started. Or gasp maybe actually study! lol yeah i'm going to go with the other ideas. They are much more fun than reading school stuff. lol

Our Trip to Brady & more updates

Well he had alot of fun in Brady over the weekend. It was great spending time with my great-grandmother. I haven't seen her since August so it was great. The only part I hate is the drive. it's such a long one. lol Koda had a good time. He couldn't remember Mama Lala's name for nothing but loves her death. He kept calling her hey! lol kids....



We got in pretty late Friday night. Koda watched cartoons when we got there and I stayed up talking with Lala til bout 2 or so. Then went to bed. And of course Dakota had us all up by 8 on Saturday morning. Me and lala did a few errands then when brad was feeling better we went to the park. He had fun but the bigger kids were really rough so we left not long after getting there.



When we left the park we went to the lake. We fed the ducks. or geese or whatever they were. Not all of them looked like ducks.



Went home and then hung out with my aunt. We left Sunday around lunch and got back around 4:30. Only thing is me and Brad caught some kind of virus and were really sick. It sucked. I don't like being sick.

Well I started working on this post on Tuesday. Well Tuesday night I started having spotting but didn't worry too muich about it. Then when I got up Wednesday night I started bleeding more and had cramps. I went to the hospital after talking to a nurse at my doctor's office and I ended up having a miscarriage. I never thought I could feel so upset and sad about anything. We both wanted this so bad. But I guess it just wasn't meant to be right now. It all happens for a reason. We will try again when we are cleared from the doc to do so. I'm just glad mom was there for me. I don't think I could have gone through that without her. Thanks for looking. Muah!
