Yeah I started slacking so here are my weeks 3 & 4 updates.
Week 3 I didn't have any change in weight it was still at 142.
Week 4. Last week was busy with school starting for both Koda & I. I guess I lost some weight doing all the running around I do now. lol
So the starting weight was: 142
Ending weight on 8/28: 137
Total lost: 5 lbs.
We'll see how much I lose this week. :P
